• Designs and tooling developed solely by Upward Lighting remain the property of Upward Lighting.
• Client-provided designs and specifications remain the intellectual property of the respective client.

Quality Assurance

Every unit produced by Upward Lighting undergoes a mandatory 100% aging test of 24 to 48 continuous hours prior to shipment, verifying luminous flux stability and electrical performance. This testing commitment is part of our standard manufacturing process and applies to all standard and custom orders unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Submitting an Inquiry

• Please provide accurate and complete information when submitting an inquiry, including your company name, country, product requirements, estimated quantities, and intended application.

Quotation & Pricing Communications

• Acceptance of a quotation and commencement of production requires a signed purchase order or written order confirmation along with any required deposit payment.

Communication Standards

• All formal business communications, including order confirmations, technical specifications, and contractual matters, must be conducted in writing via email or official documentation.
• Upward Lighting is not responsible for miscommunications arising from verbal agreements, informal messaging platforms, or communications with unauthorized representatives.
• Clients are responsible for verifying that the contact person they are communicating with is an authorized Upward Lighting representative. Our official email domains and contact details are listed in Section 6.

Confidentiality

Any technical drawings, project specifications, pricing structures, or business information shared by clients during the inquiry and negotiation process will be treated as confidential by Upward Lighting and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law. Clients are similarly expected to treat any proprietary information shared by Upward Lighting -- including product costing, manufacturing processes, and technical data -- with appropriate confidentiality.
