Stage One

Incoming Material Inspection

All raw materials and components -- LED chips, drivers, housings, lenses, and hardware -- are inspected upon arrival before entering the production floor.

AQL-Based Sampling Process

Our sampling inspection follows internationally recognized AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards, ensuring statistically valid quality assessment for every production batch.

Batch Size Determination
Production lot size is recorded and sample size is calculated per AQL 2.5 / Level II standard tables.

Random Sample Selection
Units are randomly selected from across the production batch to ensure representative sampling without bias.

Multi-Parameter Testing
Each sampled unit is tested for electrical safety, lumen output, color temperature, beam angle, and IP rating.

Accept / Reject Decision
If defects exceed the acceptance number, the entire batch is held for 100% re-inspection before any shipment approval.
