Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. What about the lead time for order?

Sample needs 1-3 days, mass production time needs 7-10 days, depends on order quantity

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for order?

No, but different order quantity with different price

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT for sample order or small order, it is usually

takes 7-10 days to arrive by economic service. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q5. How to proceed an order?

1: Let us know your exactly requirements or application.

2:  We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.

3: Customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.

4: We arrange the production.

Q6. Is it OK to put your logo on led lighting product?

Yes, please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the led products?

Yes, we offer 3-5 years warranty to our products.

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?

1. Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.

2. During the guarantee period, we will replace new product for free and alos burden the shipping cost or we

can discuss the others solution.
